Deutsche Messe is launching a new, digital meeting place for the micro-mobility industry with the micromobility expo online conference on 27 and 28 August.
Hanover, August 2020 – Cities worth living in rely on decarbonisation, alternative drives and an intelligent and efficient allocation of urban space. Micro-mobility will be an important component of future-oriented, sustainable and socially compatible mobility concepts. "However, micromobility can only become a model for success if all players in urban, regional and transport planning are involved at an early stage and appropriate measures are implemented to increase road safety, guarantee the safety of users and harmonise interaction with other means of transport," says Sabine Flores, authorised signatory of the Institute for Future Studies and Technology Assessment (IZT), Berlin. To support the necessary exchange despite the corona crisis, the micromobility expo online conference on 27 and 28 August will bring together experts from industry and politics.
