Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms.

This policy outlines how cancellation and refund requests are handled for products, services, subscriptions, and commercial arrangements with Factory Future.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests may be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • A cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the operational team or the assignment process has begun.
  • Cancellation and refund of fees or charges are governed by the refund policy communicated by the company from time to time.
  • Orders placed under same-day delivery or immediate-service categories may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Special discounts, limited occasion offers, festival offers, and promotional packages may not be cancellable.

Refunds

  • Eligible purchases may be covered by a 24-hour refund review window.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of payment.
  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for legal documents, services, processing, or work already provided.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within seven days of acceptance.
  • Refund requests can be sent to billing@kivaa.in.
