GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL PROCESS:

1. Receipt of any complaint pursuant to the above will be auto acknowledged.

2. The complaint will be verified, and accordingly responded and inform the complainant of our decision within seven (7) days of receipt of the complaint.

3. If there is no reponse from us within the period of seven (7) days, You can escalate the issue by forwarding the mail to management@kivaa.in.

4. Complaints relating to or around advertisements broadcast on our network must be sent to The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI).
