Redressal process

  • Complaints received through the grievance email will be acknowledged.
  • The complaint will be reviewed and verified by the concerned team.
  • A response or decision will be shared within seven days of receiving a valid complaint.
  • If you do not receive a response within seven days, you may escalate the matter to management@kivaa.in.
  • Complaints relating to advertisements may also be directed to the Advertising Standards Council of India where applicable.
